In-person Therapy

Individual face to face counselling sessions in a calm and supportive space (50 mins - 90mins).

Group Therapy

​​Therapeutic groups offer connection, shared learning, and opportunities for growth, and skill-building in a safe and supportive environment. There are a max of 6 people per group.

Online Therapy

Online therapy offers flexible, secure, and confidential support, connecting you with professional care from the comfort of your own space.
